So this is just a thought. Could 1 or 2 people fill in for either parents job to allow them to go and get the birth certificate and have the job upon their return. Just a suggestion, don’t know if that would work. Always enjoy seeing you help others ❤ 👍
This is a great suggestion, but the parents wouldn’t. My observation is that the parents are habitual folks. They wake up and the 1st thing in mind is to go report to a job. They fill the days with little chores. We have offered many scenarios, but none were executed. We just have to be patient and try different things

I don’t think embarrassment is the factor. I think it’s just out of their comfort zone to go do something out of their ordinary routine
