All one needs is a larger floor area, some walls or partitions, and running water for bathing and household use. I would also consider screening off the open areas . Very livable once one is done addressing the above! I’ve paid money to stay in campgrounds! Not for everybody, but if your budget is $1,000.00USD or more, you can live nicely!
