I have noticed in my personal life. I AM harder on myself and my partner, because there are times (and this happens a lot) my partner undermines my authority. It is a hard form of disrespect.

In a past life in sales I bluntly refused to prepare all kind of paperwork BS for managers. During annual meeting, the owner asked why I was the only one of 20 salespeople who sold 1 particular item. My answer: I don’t lose time on paperwork, it is no fun. I enjoy to have a sale.

Hi Guys, 1st thing first, very nice of you to support the local talent on everything, 2nd item, why do they all have to speak English in the home, well that goes to show, it encourages them to learn more daily, PLUS PLUS the job is in English, which is N01 priority.. I can tell right away John’s mind is on overtime, he needs stimulation in any form to keep him entertained and loving his work.. Very good topic though you mentioned asking the younger generation how they feel about work and to get to understand how they feel, also you yourself will gain experience in learning more in depth of how another countries people live and think, bottom line, love what you do and love one and all around you..
