It can get extremely deep. BUT here is one important factor also, if your government did what the west do, then the large call centers would not be set up in the Philippines, as they ONLY go to the countries whereby their is no social support in place and they take advantage of the low income. The world works on making sure half or more of the countries are under the breadline, so they have their slaves in place, extremely horrible to say, but its fact my friend, one last item here also, the Philippines islands are all made from volcanic eruptions, and thus, the Philippines hold the most natural rare earth minerals, and with still billions of tons available, however the corrupt officials just take for themselves and not put back for the country. If the government stopped all foreigners taking the mineral rights and exporting it all, and the Philippine government did all themselves, and traded all themselves, the Philippines would be one of the RICHEST nations on earth and the people would live like KINGS..
