Hello! I'm Wise, a Filipina with a deep love for my country and a passion for sharing its beauty with the world. As a writer, blogger, and videographer, I capture the essence of the Philippines through my eyes, hoping to give foreign visitors a true taste of what makes these islands so special.

From the vibrant streets of Manila to the tranquil beaches of Palawan, my journey is about uncovering the hidden gems and everyday wonders that define the Filipino spirit. My articles and blogs are not just travel guides; they are invitations to explore, to feel, and to fall in love with the Philippines, just as I have.

Through my videos, I strive to bring the sights, sounds, and stories of my homeland to life. Whether it's the local cuisine, the colorful festivals, or the warm smiles of the people, I aim to prepare visitors for an authentic experience.

For those seeking more than just a vacation, the Philippines can be a place of discovery and, perhaps, even love. My goal is to be your guide, not just to the places you'll visit, but to the experiences and connections that await in this beautiful corner of the world. Welcome to the Philippines, through my eyes. Let's explore together!

  • Always good to see you guys posting Brandon. I will be the in April and hope to climatize within my 2 months. Keep up the exercise bro.

  • Hi y’all. My Filipina is working in Malaysia and I am headed that way to be with her. We will be moving the her home town in October to live. I’m ready.

  • You guys make a cute couple😊 …. It’s been a while since I’ve seen your channel aren’t you the one that’s going to go back to the USA but you’re working on the house in the meantime to expand it or maybe you’re living in a temporary house until you build a house I can’t remember for sure. Please forgive me.😊

    • Yes, we’re headed to USA in January and will then build out a bungalow in the future. Thanks for watching!

  • You guys need to make your videos a lot longer and you need to say click the light share and subscribe button to get more content make your videos longer please

  • Its not even logical to move to the PHILIPPINES if your in youre earning years your making a huge mistake

    • Not yet, but hopefully in the future. I love sports but not great at basketball. I won’t be much help to the team, unfortunately.

  • Enjoy your vids mate, my Filipina wife and I have a opportunity to buy some land in Southern Leyte for a good price soon, do you think long term this is a good investment? We are in Oz, plan to move to Phil’s in the future, cheers

    • Personally, I don’t consider ours an investment as we have no plans on ever selling. Like everywhere, land seems to always go up. I will say that now is a good time for many. I decided to buy early because of the 35-year high on the usd to php exchange rate. The exchange wont be this good forever. Congratulations and good luck!

    • @@brandonandarlene Thanks for your feedback, and yeah I figure it makes sense to buy land now as well, and we can build later on down the track. From what I can figure, its buying a condo that is more risky hard to sell as there’s an over supply, cheers.

  • I’m single and looking for a white guy also, is any single white guy on your subscribers Brandon and Arlene? Lol.. Just let me know 😅😅more videos please

  • I just signed the contract last night here in Da Nang, Vietnam for the two week rental of a 50cc Giorno Japanese scooter. I can’t find any 125cc Honda Clicks here. How comfortable do you feel doing a road trip across the country on your Honda Click?

    • I wouldn’t on the click, that’s just for local trips. I’d get the bigger model for a real road trip

  • I think we’re going to be neighbors someday. I recognize all those roads and the sign saying Eco Park, I was there just last year. I also taught my wife to drive the Click last time we went. She loved it. If I may make a suggestion, take a trip up to Mahagnao Volcano. There is a beautiful lake up there and it would be a great Click trip. We took the car because there were several of us. It’s nice and cool up there too

    • @@brandonandarlene Actually. I just realized my profile pic is my wife and I up there at that lake. We’re just outside LaPaz where we’ll be building. Have land there for the house and a larger coconut farm nearby

  • Nice place but wonder if you can answer a couple of questions since you’re both fairly young. Brandon, do you live there all the time or only partial per year and then head back to the USA? How do you make money, or you have a job back home? Thanks for the video.

    • I don’t live here full time. We will be going to the USA in January and won’t be returning to the Philippines until we are ready to move permanently in 4-5 years or so.

  • People don’t understand the inner peace and fulfillment that can come from finding love in the Philippines until they take a chance and experience it for themselves. It’s not just about romance—it’s about the cultural values, the warmth of the people, and the simplicity of life here that can truly transform you.

Unfortunately, some men come with the wrong mindset, chasing hook-up culture or superficial relationships. This approach only attracts the wrong type of women, and when things inevitably fall apart, it’s far too easy for them to blame the country or call it a scam instead of reflecting on their own choices. It’s sad but true—bad news travels the world ten times before good news even takes a single step.

The truth is, the Philippines is full of amazing women who deeply value family, loyalty, and genuine partnership. But to find this, you need to approach relationships here with respect and sincerity. It’s not about finding a quick fix or someone to meet your needs—it’s about building something meaningful with someone who shares your values and goals.

I’ve lost count of how many men have said, ‘I got the best one!’ Myself included—LOL. Honestly, everyone who says that is probably right. Just to be clear, though, mine is obviously the best. 😉

Moving here and marrying my Filipina changed me in the best way possible. It gave me a sense of inner peace I’d never experienced before. But if you treat relationships here as transactional, you’ll miss out on everything that makes this place and its people so special—and in the end, you’ll only have yourself to blame.

  • You gotta put a ultility box on the back of your scooter so u can as many groceries as many , its very conveniet to have
