We sent 6 boxes before I came to the Philippines, I watched the guys from LBC pick them up in Ohio, I was shocked how easy they picked up the boxes and put them in the truck! I struggled to get them out the door lol! It usually takes a good 3 months to arrive! I don’t know what company you went through, but with LBC you can track the package. It’s always awesome when the package arrives and you see the excitement on everyone’s faces!
I’m assuming you used Indiana Balikbayan Box. I have used them for years. They offer tracking on their site and they are very reliable. We are currently sending 6 boxes today. Keep in mind, you’re sending items that run on 110v and their power in the Philippines is 240v. I’d recommend not using that extension cord as well because it’s likely not rated for the voltage. You may want to look into a step up and step down regulator…
Anyway, it most likely will arrive in the Philippines in time for the holidays. Keep in mind that they have schedules on the site for locations that they pickup.
