Marriages are crazy expensive no matter where you are when you are trying to please your future wife and her mother 😂, ask me how I know…. A couple big pigs, coals, beer, other drinks and new, clean underwear is all you really need for a successful event..

Definitely out of reach for most but once a year the church sets up a big venue for the poor at the church so they can have the same experience , they cater it and have a reception as well . I am truly aware it was a big thing for my wife and her family! I am hoping for speed on the visa but it is the Philippines!

That’s amazing I had a friend that Got married with a hundred family members. His whole wedding was well under a $1000. Of course his wasn’t a Catholic wedding.
depends on where your at what it costs , i could have gotten married here on Bantayan for half what I spent. To me it was a value compared to an American wedding I dont regret it at all!
I had another friend who got married there for $200 .
you can do a civil wedding at the courthouse for that.
Why bring her to the states? You still working
