A Very Happy New Year Chris!
Happy new year to you, hope you have a great one.
Filipinos can’t be racist as racism= Prejudice plus power. Filipinos are POC and have no institutional power. Sure, they may say or do things that seem ignorant or insensitive but it is not racism.
Happy New Year! I’ve talked about this before, we are rich in their eyes, you’re right we flew here which is expensive! I paid a Filipino 750 pesos to put in an outlet in my kitchen, 3 hours to fish the wire from another room and hook everything up. $13.00 US, get an electrician in America to do that! Good video Thanks!
“If your rich, your going to pay” got nothing to do with being white or what nationality. Getting out of an accident for $40 is cheap! In the US if you get into an accident your insurance will go up. The white skin thing are more Korean and Japanese, not so much in Filipino but it exist.
Thanks for sharing thtrs funny racism ๐
Heidon I would like to talk to you, I have a proposal that could grow your channel. I hope you see this
I dunno 4 me. My dad is black GI from Alabama, my “nanay” or mom is a filipina “mestiza”(mixed of pinay”ilocana”, chinese, hispanic), & result is mullato. But jokingly called “negro” by my cousins. But that is my nickname, I embraced it and many white people love my deep tanny skin, so manly(macho) they say ๐๐๐๐๐บ๐ฒ๐งก๐ต๐ญ๐
filipinos call black people nig*ers all the time, once at dinner at a friends parents house they were all talking in bisayan and the only word i understood was nig*er, i asked if i was hearing right and they all laughed and said yes , they were talking about a black person. i told them thats considered rude in america and they all said its not here everyone uses that term for blacks.๐คญ
other than that the only racism i have experienced is men saying terrible rude things to my wife when walking past in crowds and stores since she is with a white man. that has happened a lot, like daily for years but she never tells me about it at the time so i dont get in fights.
so theres that, but mostly being charged more for things because of my skin color, but everyone knows about that. if you are white your prices will be doubled or tripled compared to dark skinned people.
i have heard filipinos use the “N” word a lot when talking about black people. its pretty common. even older people and their kids in family settings throw that word around.
the only experience i have had other than that is when filipino men are sneakily vulgar to filipina women when they see them with white men, i think they hate whites for taking their women or are jealous. my wife tells me about things men say to her when we are out shopping.
also the prices are 3 times normal if you are white, thats certainly racist.
yes i have seen the same and been here since 2010.
my comment is being shadow banned here…. why?
Hey, all you silly Wabbits out there. Calling a foreigner Joe is from the war times as in G.I JOE understand? Actually their being friendly.
i like it, they passed it down from grandparents respect.
Yes, in the city stores there is white privilege in the Philippines. They mainly hire white filipinas. Go to a major malls and you only see white workers.
