Anyway, my Home Base in the Philippines is Delfin Albano, Isabela. My 4.4 hectares of land is in San Macaro, Isabela. Way up north on the main island; over 1,200 miles from where You are located.
I still have to develop the land. I have some big ideas. I just have to work out the Nitty Gritty details to make it work.
My Wife’s family doesn’t understand business and do not have a clue about thinking past each day.
I will be searching for a circle of five investee. After I finish the development of the land. This I must have control over.

Cebu city minimum wage is 570 pesos per day, 26 work day (standard), equals to $14,820 pesos monthly. So yes, 15k is minimum wage. Then you have to put it in more context, he become your right hand man, not only editing, but doing errands, filming, etc…and he was doing a professional job (editing), which most certainly deserves more than the minimum wage you was paying. Imagine paying an editor in America the same wage as McDonald employee. You have to treat people fairly, it will always come back on you eventually. Filipinos will always take care of Filipinos, and by you name calling him, putting him down, etc…it makes you look more guilty. Now you are pretending to be traveling, the truth is you are running, see it on your face. Just so happens you are gone for over a month at the same time this happens, lmao! Yeah right! You took advantage of a local, now disrespectful towards him and his family, just be careful, the authorities may be looking for you by now.
As Derek said, that was a base with the potential to grow that to a considerable salary. He allowed him to live with him rent free and provided food as well. He was trying to help him by giving him an opportunity. If it was that bad he could have left but he chose to stay on for 3 months and finally had to be let go.

Listen, nobody needs you as a mentor, this man was trying to feed his family, maybe he can mentor you, who made you mentor of the Philippines? I watched philippine antics videos on your claims about licenses and certificates you say you have in order to run a business there. One of the hosts is a Filipino that has had businesses in the Philippines and US, so he’s aware of the laws, etc. His partner has also done some research. Seems more than likely you are lying. I believe you probably put everything in your Filipinas partners name. I think the disgruntled employee will go after your partner for compensation and might sue you for cyber libel. 🤷♂️

Being paid minimum wages for multiple jobs and he only got rid of him in a heated moment. He said he hates editing but now he has to do his own editing ( these are his words) this says he can’t afford an editor forreal. No one is going to do it for minimum wages. That’s why Q wanted him to live with him away from his kids, you do not have to do editing in person. He wanted him there because he wanted him to film as well and then when he got there he just used him for anything and everything. Come on now y’all all know this scenario fits way better than the one Q adventure is peddling.

As Derek said, that was a base with the potential to grow that to a considerable salary. He allowed him to live with him rent free and provided food as well. He was trying to help him by giving him an opportunity. If it was that bad he could have left but he chose to stay on for 3 months and finally had to be let go.

Through research the average Filipino editor in Cebu City earns 15-35k depending on experience. So you was paying the very bottom. You admit, he was your social media manager. ChatGPT states they earn 20-50k peso per month. When you under pay someone, then act like you are doing them a favor. Listen, nobody needs you as a mentor, this man was trying to feed his family, maybe he can mentor you, who made you mentor of the Philippines? When you pay fairly and treat people fairly you don’t have these problems. Simple as that.

I was actually the one who reached out to refund you when we stopped supporting Jimsel. Your donations previous to that was given to her on camera and per your instructions. I watched philippine antics videos on your claims about licenses and certificates you say you have in order to run a business there. One of the hosts is a Filipino that has had businesses in the Philippines and US, so he’s aware of the laws, etc. His partner has also done some research. Seems more than likely you are lying. I believe you probably put everything in your Filipinas partners name. I think the disgruntled employee will go after your partner for compensation and might sue you for cyber libel. 🤷♂️
