How would a smash /Smoked bbq burger place go there and maybe some southern cooking go . With like biscuits and sausage, gravy fried chicken greens Mac and cheese. Little things like that .
Divinely. There is a lack of good food here. I am prepared to start a vietnamese restaurant when my mother come next yr and southern food when my buddy comes for a few months in Oct to help train my staff to develop a menu
You’re an inspiration to many who would like to live there. Going with a plan for success while enjoying the culture and people. Your outlook is solid. Helping where you can is heartfelt. You’re always in my prayers and i enjoy watching your journey. ๐๐๐๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ค
You are indeed a fund of knowledge especially for anyone planning to move to the Philippines. Do you have an update on the Corona fire? I am hoping there was no loss of life and that rebuilding is underway?

I desperately want to retire there, but I know that I have to wait another 7 years until I reach my official retirement. I plan to come over next year, but work will only allow me 3 weeks. At least I will get a taste. I’m not looking for love or marriage, just a few years of peace and quiet in my twilight years.
do you pay your partner a weekly wage as you should, the business is yours, i seen that happen when i lived in Spain, and i did with my business but soon changed it so my partner had her own income,
Good video I know not simple here to get stuff done but your business ideas are simple I’ve had no desire but lots of ideas lol but I’m retired on the low scale
100%. I am not a fishermen so I don’t know how to put together such a trip, but a subscriber (friend) who is an avid fishermen will teach us and be involved to develop an itinerary for such a trip
@@qadventures Just thought I’d ask again, awhile back I asked about fishing over there in the Philippines. I’ve never seen any Vlogs about foreigner’s doing any fishing. Ya said maybe when you got your boat done you might take some people out deep sea fishing Thanks for responding back.
@user-gx6ei9bv4i yeah we are 100% looking to do something worthwhile as far as fishing is concern. I really don’t want to take folks to a lame lake and cast a line. Deep sea is the way to go. Big fish
I remember you say you don’t want to get married but why is Ai not one of your top 3 reasons for wanting to be in the Philippines. I guess she wasn’t a part of the beginning of you being there. I hope she is part of your plans now
I travel a lot, Andy. I never travel to seek out love. I am a strong believer that love just comes when it comes, I never sought it out. So when Ai came about, I am grateful, but I will not change my belief system and she respects that.

first of all. Thanks for you open minded content. I “study” the philippines by youtube and talking to locals for 6 months now. Of course the start was chatting with a nice woman but more and more the country itself wakes up my interest. So many possibilities and chances for a better (this means peaceful) life. And by thinking of this stuff so many questions are appearing in my head. I am 43 years old and its way to early for retirement. So…how can i create an income. As you said…always work for yourself and not for a company is the best way to go.
As you said…first is to get my ass over there and look how it feels. This means to “simulate” living there and not go to parties and have the “special” fun. I guess the best way is to jump in the cold water and learn to swim. The other things can and have to wait until the basement is build. Its life…so its not a sprint. There are so many influences, the country, the culture, the people, the food, the weather, the costs and so on. I guess in the first days and weeks its still a never ending wave of emotions.
You are are very helpful source for information…big thank you for that.
Regarding Youtube…you are doing great. You are responsing which 90% of the channels here donยดt do. So its not only feels like interaction…it is! Keep up the great work
Yes Tom, we have plenty of people from Germany and Austria coming through here, don’t miss out. Take mini trips 1st. You will have a big support network here and if you are looking to collaborate on something, I am open. I am a tech retard and you seem to be in the tech space. If you know anything about YouTube SEO and pumping viewership to my channel, please reach out privately
At times I wonder if your trying to hard to make a business work, like it would in the U S. A blog in the Philippines said, slow down. Things work differently there. You have a mind set different then the other bloggers there, use it. Things in the Philippines moves slowly there. The people as well. The no rush mentality as well. Slow down with everything youโve doing and enjoy the things around you.
Thanks Guys! No worries. You guys are doing great!
