The galvanized roof will reflect much of the direct sun heat away, allowing the spaces below to remain a little cooler. Cheers from just south of Houston!
So the cement skin doesn’t peel or fall off in the future; it’s best to splash or spray water on the wall first. For best adhesion. Or learn the hard way.
HI U2👋. Great job U2& donors👍🙏. Will be a nice improvement for a lovely 😊 Angel 😇🙏. BUDHA D don’t forget to put extra FIXODENT after cleaning your dentures brother 😂. Much ❤️& ✊👍. Blessings 🙏🌸🌺🌼
when you said you did business in San Antonio, did you mean in Texas? What a small world as I have retired there so I would have access to the 3 bases close by. And as I am a USAF E-6 and 100% disabled Vietnam vet, that means a lot to me. And I love that you are doing so many good things for the local people. Keep up the good work..
Bless you Derek & Ai and everyone involved as a Great update for Deserving Sweet Angel Bernadetta 😇 who selflessly helped Ken, and others like the Congo family as kindness brings and encourages good people to come together and glad this is being done for her. 💖
This is looking great. Good to see the work beginning and im sure its going to look fantastic once its finished!!
She is so well deserving. Thanks everyone who helped this to happen. ❤❤❤
@lusimyer I understand. But the quality roofs here are poor, including the house I live. Any leaks will get into the insulation and create weight that will collapse. No one here has insulation. Head scratcher for me, but that’s the way it is here
@qadventures Perhaps they need to make better roofs first (but I understand it’s probably a money issue?). If they can afford it maybe go with a wooden roof..or tiles? IDK 🤷♀️ me too I’m baffled .
There’s always a Reward for every good work. Bernadetta didn’t expect all this to happen to her when she helped Ken and the Congo family. God works in mysterious ways!!!
Brazil here! Please include English subtitles in your videos.
HI TO you in Brasil! My son is now in Rio de Jenero for a poker competition – his Mom is from the Philippines also!
Check captions option on tools
Ok. I will. I didn’t realize it was an option
@@qadventures , the one viewing the video can check/ choose caption on tools not the host
AWESOME!

Construction is coming along fine Derek-well done.

Bernadettta is most deserving of your kindness! Thanks Ai and Derek. 👍🏼♥️🇨🇦
We agree!

Everything looks good so far

Yes, John. TX, indeed. I appreciate you appreciating our content. Please share with your friends and lived ones
Work there is never quick, it moves slowly as well as the workers, no rush. In the states, done in three days. Same prices.
Everything manual here
Nice! ❤ But from this video I understand a lot… simple mixing power tool could speed it up maybe three times.
You’re right, but tool access is not as simple here
Coming along nicely 👏 I look forward to the next update 😊

Thanks a bunch!
Are you planning to insulate the roof as well?
Insulation doesn’t happen here. It’s available, but the locals don’t for their specific reasons
@qadventures Hi Derek okay..I just thought if you insulate it would help with the heat. Tin roofs make it hot..I have an aluminium one myself :(.

I won’t forget about Bernadetta. She is a true Filipina angel.
