Very good video. I want to do the stuff you are doing. I am not good behind a camera but I am planning to start a non profit organization to help those in need in the Philippines. You will never run out of people who need some love and assistance. I am planning to help a family in Cebu who lives near my ex wife’s home who has lived in the worst conditions I have ever seen and when I visited there in 2017 the lady offered my then wife and I to share her food with her even though she had very little. Do you know if you can get much built for $2000-$3000? That is the funds I can afford but I don’t know if that will build them much but right now they have been living in the biggest shack that was made of scrap tin, scrap plywood, and tarps.
This lady’s heart is definitely in the right place. I’m sure she has probably helped a lot of people in the past. Her concerns for Ken and the lady from the Congo despite having to put up with chismis and verbal abuse are admirable. Thanks to the subscribers who helped and to you for offering to finish her home. 🤗🏝🇵🇭👍

I just wanted to bring up a couple things that may or may not help. Just my opinion.
You may not realize or even think you are slowing down your speech. I think it would be great to ask your wife if she’s willing to do this part for Filipinos that might not be fluent in English.
With this nice woman, she was understanding quite a bit but definitely not 100%.
2 things that could help you is to slow down a bit more and use less English slang.
The message and point will still get through and you guys will continue touching people with blessings. I think these things can only help.
One more thing. I could probably do a quick search and find out which universities are or have a law school or some type of legal/paralegal program.
I think you should reach out to all of them in the Philippines and pitch them your ideas on helping different people in different situations.
I know that these schools and/or programs have some resources available for free legal assistance. Even if it’s simple free advice.
If you meet the right people and say the right things, you can get your foot in the door.
This is actually available to people in many countries with law school programs.
Ken, there are some things you you should consider or not say all the information about the result of your investigation due to consequences that may supersede your quest. Once again, great content, but I am picking up on a strange idiosyncrasy in your interviews. Keep doing good things for a good reason. 🙏✌

Derek I looked on line to see what people from the Congo eat if it helps to know, sounds like the Congo family have a problem eating certain foods given there.
For example some of what they use:- Meats, cassava and its leaves, eggplant, mushrooms, boiled and dried fish, onions, tomatoes, corn flour, spices, garlic, chillies etc.
I hope you don’t mind me mentioning it that helps to understand part of that lady and her children’s diet should she be allowed to cook or not.

You can build nipa home for that.80K-100K pesos will get you a decent NIPA home. It’s going to be pretty bare bones for a block home with 2-3K.
In terms of the locals living, yes. $3,000 gets a lot done. In terms of western comfort, not at all
