I have made three similar trips like this in the in the past to Catalina Island. Off the coast of California. Now I most likely will not take trip like this again, unless I must/have to.
If I were back in California, I would not make another trip to Catalina. Been there, done that.
I like it best when people like You, Derick, making the trip for me. Then I would decide to make it myself in the future.
I’ve been to Hawaii. I will never go back. Even if it were free. At the time was there, a gallon of milk was over 7.00 plus dollars. Everything is way over priced there.
This is Exactly why I always Rented a Motorcycle from Derek as he offers Expats the Freedom to travel to the different islands and with his new bikes i never worried about breakdowns and just took it nice and easy enjoying the Journey and Beauty of the scenery. I can barely wait as I am about 2 weeks from seeing Derek again as I now come to Cebu to start my Life in the Philippines. Guys call ASAP travel or whoever and Come join us crazy fun loving expats, meet Great Filipinos and maybe you can find Friends, a Less Stressful life, Peace and even enjoy the crazy traffic, the nice people, warm sun, cool rain, waterfalls and Maybe just maybe be like Derek and his Lovely lady Ai with her daughter Natalie and you may yearn to smell the clean ocean air, catch or eat some fish, relax and make friends. May sound Goofy but renting a Bike from Derek Q. helped change my Life
