The net bags on the grapes is to help stop birds, or insects🤭. No doubt the other bags on the ground will be picked up by the worker/owner for re-use later?
The grapes looking big on the pictures, possibly from close-up photo😊. The thorns on the bougainvillea are big and dangerous, watch out, especially your eyes😢🤭. Shrivelled grapes when dried become currants/ raisins.
