@Jay oohh.. it’s a pity..😔 just to experience and learn so that when you go back to your place, you will have many memories and experiences from the Philippines that you can share with your friends, and how to survive for the unexpeted event… Good luck to all of you guys…. Fighting💪💪💪
I don’t want to scare you guys but the fearsome Amomongo lurks in the jungle. Apparently it looks like the lovechild of Bigfoot and Chupacabras. Keep the campfire burning through the night just to be on the safe side….. don’t say you haven’t been warned.👀
I’m on the same street about 300 meters down. I have a tarp sign right outside Costebella. My Rusi 125 is only 500 pesos for the day. Whatsapp me at +1-626-626-6347
Like Jay, I remember a lot of what your instructor was familiar to me. Our instructor told us could catch a monkey with food and a pot with small mouth. When Ai jumped out at you that was like what “bush bunny”. Maybe Jay knows the term. When I did the training it was with combat boots, not weak Nike lol. He looking for small holes in the bamboo? If he was, that’s a sign of bats.
Regular guy sent me over…I like your vlog. BTW I went through that survival school in the 70’s and it was a true moment in my life. I cant remember all the stuff I learned except no one escaped the negrito’s!!!!
Nice video but think you coming from Vietnam the stay in the USA has spoiled you so you lost the way with Asian nature. Remember i am Dutch and we say it like it is. But love your way of show it to us.
Gives you a true appreciation for the jungle, nature, and how we got all our medicines from plants and those who know it can survive and thrive. So Majestic and calming.. Enjoy and Thanks for sharing

Dereck, I laughed watching because you tried to drink the water but your friend drank the water he brought, so it’s not hard for him.. 😅😅,,,
I suffered through two weeks of being dehydrated so I wasn’t going to suffer this time.
I’m glad you laughed. I am glad I am the cause of your laughter. Would have loved to have Anelo here
@JayScott282 🤣

He didn’t. No bats there he said. Jay schooled us on that term🤣
Remember, everything you guide / leader is teaching you can SAVE YOUR LIFE.
Yes. And I will do the longer training next time
Who is the lady with the beautiful long hair ? Is she the sister of Q girlfriend ?
She IS Q’s gf
“ALL PLANTS LOOK THE SAME”… practice, looking at the SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL DETAILS of the plant to identify it.
I loved that intro. That should be used for every fun video 🤣
Yeah… but having licensing issues so not looking good for now

Oh man… i got to talk to one of the community elders on camera. You gonna love it. Coming in the next 2 days
Very beautiful👍 Shows you just how small we are in this world. Gives you new perspective on life. 👍 Thank you for sharing this journey with us. 🙏😀
I felt so small and vulnerable there. Fortunately I was surrounded by people of experience
I wonder how our ancestors figured all of this out. I guess when all you know is jungle, man will try to rule the jungle
That’s the fascination with me. Being in the middle of everything, how DID our ancestors figure it out?
Thanks for the adventure Q
Thanks for being with me

You are absolutely correct. I left Vietnam when I was 7. Even then, I grew up very sheltered in the city
the big trees always feel sacred to me.
Amen. They look so prehistoric
Loved you little joke.with Ai…
She has a great sense of humor and very receptive. Lucky me

Majestic was the word that stuck in my mind
It’s not untouched nature now, I saw you touch it. hahahaha
